Delete your data

In the app, open Profile → Delete account. After recent authentication, TerraceTrail deletes every Firestore visit, wishlist, trip and custom-ground record, locks the minimal deletion marker against cross-device writes, deletes the Firebase Authentication account, disconnects the device from the RevenueCat identity, then removes local personal data and photos. The app does not report success if any required cleanup fails.

Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat and other service-provider records may be retained where required for purchases, security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Disconnecting the purchase identity does not itself delete those providers' transaction records.

If you cannot access the app, or want to request deletion of provider-held data linked to your account, email support@sozdizimi.com from the account email. We may need to verify ownership before deletion.
