TerraceTrail is local-first and its core experience does not require an account. Visits, wishlists, trips, custom grounds, notes and photos are stored on your device. If you sign in, Firebase stores your email address, account identifier and the visit, wishlist, trip and custom-ground metadata you choose to sync, including text in those records. TerraceTrail does not automatically upload photo files. A service you choose for an export or share can receive the selected file.

Services and purposes

Firebase Authentication and Firestore provide optional account and sync functionality. Firebase Analytics receives a restricted set of product interaction events after privacy initialization; Crashlytics receives crash and diagnostic data; Remote Config provides feature configuration. We do not send notes, photos, precise location or free text to analytics. Analytics advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization are disabled.

RevenueCat processes an account identifier and Apple App Store or Google Play purchase history to provide, restore and analyze Pro access. Google Mobile Ads supplies Free-tier advertising and may process device identifiers, network-derived approximate location, advertising data, product interactions, performance and diagnostics. Where consent is required, personalized advertising and cross-app tracking are enabled only after the relevant choice and, on Apple devices, tracking permission.

Apple MapKit on iOS or Google Maps on Android renders the online map. The map provider receives the network request, IP address, app/device information and the area needed to render the visible map. Optional device location is used to center the map; TerraceTrail does not save or sync the live GPS coordinate.

Your choices

You can use the core app without an account, deny location access, review advertising privacy choices in the app, export your records, or delete your account and synced data from Profile. See Delete your data for the deletion process.

We retain synced account data until you delete the account or request deletion. Purchase processors and service providers may retain records for purchases, security, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Contact support@sozdizimi.com for privacy or provider-data requests.
