Effective 1 September 2026.

TerraceTrail is local-first and its core experience does not require an account. Visits, wishlists, trips, custom grounds, notes and photos are stored on your device. If you choose to sign in, your email address, account identifier and visit, wishlist, trip and custom-ground metadata—including text you add to synced records—are stored in Firebase so your records can be restored and synchronized. Photos are never uploaded.

Services and purposes

Firebase Authentication and Firestore provide optional account and sync functionality. Firebase Analytics receives a restricted set of product-interaction events, Crashlytics receives crash and diagnostic data, and Remote Config provides non-personalized feature configuration. We do not send notes, photos, precise location or free text to analytics.

RevenueCat processes an account identifier and App Store purchase history to provide, restore and analyze Pro entitlement. Google Mobile Ads supplies Free-tier advertising and may process device identifiers, coarse location derived from network information, advertising data, product interaction, performance and diagnostic data for advertising and analytics. Where required, personalized advertising and cross-app tracking are enabled only after the relevant consent and Apple tracking permission.

Your choices

Optional location access is processed on the device to center the map and is not uploaded by TerraceTrail. You can use the core app without an account, review advertising privacy choices in the app, export your records, or delete your account and synced data from Profile. We retain synced account data until you delete the account or request deletion, subject to purchase, fraud-prevention and legal retention requirements. Contact support@sozdizimi.com for privacy questions.
